Festival lineups have been pouring in over the past week and today two of the most anticipated, Jazz Fest and the Hangout, are dropping their lineups. The first of the two is Jazz Fest, which just announced their massive double weekend lineup with the usual mix of major headliners and legends alongside some of the finest acts from Louisiana and New Orleans.
