The third solo record from Old Crow Medicine Show’s Gill Landry was released last week. The self-titled LP features appearances from Robert Ellis and Laura Marling. The A.V. Club exclusively premiereed the new video for “Just Like You” and with its moving scenes and rich baritone, this single could make Landry the first breakout star of the vaulted touring band.

There’s been a lot of speculation about who American Wrestlers is. All that was previously known is that he is a Scotsman whose music led him to his future wife and, ultimately, Missouri, where they were married and now reside. It’s revealed that the man behind American Wrestlers is Gary McClure, who had previously performed in and written for Manchester band Working for a Nuclear Free City. American Wrestlers dropped a new song.from the album and it is the opening track “There’s No One Crying Over Me Either” – surely one fans of War on Drugs might dig.

Delta Spirit released a new video for “Language Of The Dead,” the new single from their 2014 album ‘Into the Wide,’ out now on Dualtone Records. Front man Matt Vasquez directed and edited the tongue-in-cheek video himself, using a green screen in his home to create a trippy, space-traveling, time-warped reality inspired by Mel Brooks’ ‘Spaceballs’ and ‘History of the World: Part 1,’ that finds Agamemnon, Robert E. Lee and Tolstoy teaming up to battle a space monster (not-so-terrifyingly played by Vasquez’s cat).
