Following an extensive European summer tour, the Thurston Moore Band will return to North America for series of shows on the East Coast, beginning with an appearance at Montreal’s Osheaga Music & Arts Festival (July 31 – August 2) and ending in Washington, DC on August 7. The Thurston Moore Band is comprised of Moore, James Sedwards on guitar, My Bloody Valentine bassist Deb Googe, and former Sonic Youth drummer Steve Shelley – are touring in support of their album The Best Day, released in 2014 on Matador Records.
