Joe- Pearl Jam didn’t offer downloads of their shows. If memory serves you could only buy physical CDs from their website and in stores, and more often than not it would be months before you could buy the show you attended.
I agree with Scott, Phish was indeed the first band to enable fans to download lossless soundboard recordings of their live performances within 48 hours of each show.
THANKS AGAIN PHISH! I hope there are some goodies from ’99 on the special, that year doesn’t get anywhere near enough love. Only ONE soundboard release in any format from the entire year… do we really need to wait until their Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction or when all of their kids are in college for the Big Cyprus Box Set?!?
