Bloggy Goodness: I Want My P4K TV

We’ve all come to love those befuddling, obscure album referencing reviews from the folks at Pitchfork – you know the ones that reference things like 1980s Italian New Wave B-Sides. Well come this April those very same folks will branch out by launching their very own online music channel aptly named Pitchfork.tv – and insult your music knowledge on a whole new level.

The site promises to “bring you closer to the artists you love, through original mini-documentaries, secret rooftop and basement sessions, full concerts, exclusive interviews, and the most carefully curated selection of music videos online” – just don’t let on your a jamband fan, you may be block from their Beta site.

Finally, The Y! Radish offers up a cleverly put together playlist for all the prog-rock fans who went into mourning earlier this week with the passing of Dungeons and Dragons creator Gary Gygax. Head down to your parent’s basement to figure out your character’s hit points, guzzle some Mountain Dew and give it a listen in his honor.
