Our full team coverage of the Golden Shower Incident continues this afternoon as we’ve learned that Jersey City Councilman Fuck Stick’s best buddy, architect Dennis Devino, told the Jersey City Journal that he was with Lipski at the Dark Star Orchestra concert and that he didn’t see the Councilman take out his penis and piss on the crowd from the balcony. He goes on to say “the venue went overboard.” Is this guy for real?
At some point at Nightclub 9:30 – where Lipski, Devino and others had gone to see the Grateful Dead tribute band Dark Star Orchestra – Lipski was holding a red 12-ounce picnic cup containing a mixed drink and spilled it while “moving around dancing,” Devino said.
Plenty of witnesses and club personnel saw #1 Threat Steve Lipski shower his fellow Deadheads with urine, but his friends are still trying to make Lipski out to be the victim. We actually felt bad for Lipski after he gave his statement earlier this week, but this guy doesn’t learn at all.
Not that we’re surprised, as he allegedly attended a Dark Star Orchestra show in Pennsylvania back in 2006, drank heavily and fell asleep on the drive home. He was arrested and charged with a slew of offenses that included driving with a blood alcohol level more than double the legal limit, driving on a sidewalk, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, careless driving and disregarding a traffic lane.
Can you believe this guy runs a charter school and helps govern Jersey City? Let’s hope he gets himself into rehab and cleans up his act before more innocent concertgoers get pissed on.
