Just seven months after it began, Conan O’Brien’s reign as the host of NBC’s The Tonight Show comes to an end this evening. For his final guest, Conan has invited Hall of Fame Canadian rocker Neil Young to perform. Jay Leno returns to The Tonight Show after the Winter Olympics on March 1.
