Prophets of Rage Bring Anti Inaugural Ball & Audioslave Reunion To Teragram Ballroom

After a sweeping cross country “Make America Rage Again” tour, Prophets of Rage will bring the rage to Inauguration Day with a special ANTI INAUGURAL BALL concert on Friday, January 20th at the Teragram Ballroom in Los Angeles. For the first time in 11 years, Audioslave will perform with Chris Cornell, Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk. Special guests Vic Mensa, Jackson Browne and Jack Black are also set to appear. The full show will be livestreamed on the band’s Facebook page to allow for participation from fans all across the globe.

In a reflection of these artists’ long tradition of protesting the establishment, this date marks the 20th anniversary of Radio Free Los Angeles, a protest concert that members of Rage Against the Machine held at President Clinton’s Inauguration Day. Tickets are on sale now, A portion of the ticket proceeds will benefit RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network).

“The Anti-Inaugural Ball is a celebration of resistance. Resistance to racism. Resistance to sexism. Resistance to homophobia. Resistance to bullying. Resistance to environmental devastation.  Resistance to fascism. Resistance to Donald Trump. We are staring down the barrel of a dystopian nightmare unless we act NOW, unless we fight back NOW. We intend to create “No Trump Zones” across the country; in our homes, our schools, our places of work, and our concert stages. Bad Presidents make for great music. Join us as we get loud and stand together to defend our rights, our country, and our planet,” said Tom Morello.
