The one and only soul-funk trio Soulive, fresh off hosting their first ever festival, The Royal Family Affair, earlier this summer, have announced a full-on Royal Family Ball tour for Fall 2011. After a sold out show at Terminal 5 last fall, the band, featuring Eric Krasno on guitar, Neal Evans on keys and his brother Al Evans on drums, will once again return to the New York City venue on Saturday, October 15. Joining Soulive this evening will be the seven-piece funk tour-de-force and co-conspirators in the Brooklyn-based Royal Family Records, Lettuce. Also on the bill are guests including Roy Hargrove, Raul Midón, Pharoahe Monch, Rahzel and The Shady Horns.
