While we still don’t have a firm release date for My Morning Jacket’s forthcoming Circuital release, we keep on learning more about the music found on the LP. Stereogum just published a Progress Report column about Circuital that has gotten us even more excited for the album than we were before. According to the article, the 10-song, 45-minute album moves from “epic, slow-building jams (the nearly seven-minute Circuital, Outta My System), pensive ballads (Wonderful (The Way I Feel, Movin’ Away), and the nearly inexplicable wild-card rocker (Holdin’ On To Black Metal).”
As we mentioned a few weeks back, MMJ is offering fans free downloads from last year’s Terminal 5 run to stoke excitement for Circuital. Today, the band put out the second track – The Way That He Sings. Head over to MyMorningJacket.com to download it.

Finally, from the “we are everywhere” department comes word that a fashion icon has ties to the Grateful Dead world.
