Televised Tune: On the Tube This Week

It’s hard to imagine a more tenacious band than Def Leppard. Whatever the world may throw at them – drummer Rick Allen losing his arm in a 1984 car accident; guitarist Steve Clark’s death in 1991 – they always come back. One thing the band has never done is put out a live album and that will change on June 7 with the release of Mirrorball. The 24-track, two disc collection includes hits Animal, Love Bites, Photograph, Hysteria and of course, Pour Some Sugar on Me among others. In advance of the new album the band will visit Jay Leno on Tuesday and George Lopez on Thursday.
