Intermezzo: The Video Edition – Pretty Lights / Umphrey’s / Wilco / PJ20

If yesterday was “tour dates release day”, today is “f’awesome video release day.” There were so many great clips that dropped this afternoon that we are doing away with the normal link dump format for today’s column to present some of the fantastic videos we’ve found.

Our first clip comes from the Pearl Jam Twenty documentary. PBS will be airing the Cameron Crowe-directed film on October 21st. Watch as Chris Cornell explains the camaraderie between Seattle bands that led to the formation of Temple of the Dog…

Next up, we’ve got Wilco’s visit to the NYC television show Talk Stoop…

HT faves Umphrey’s McGee will soon be releasing a two-part documentary about the band’s recent Red Rocks performance that will also include exclusive interviews about Death By Stereo. After watching this trailer, we can’t wait to see it!

Speaking of Umphrey’s, the second part of the second episode of Jeff Waful + 1 has dropped featuring the band’s collaboration at Summer Camp with Huey Lewis. This is the best installment yet and thanks to Relix for finally adding embed codes to these clips…

Finally, Pretty Lights has been blowing up over the past few years and if you had any doubt as to how crazy the Colorado-based act’s fans can get, enjoy this video of the band’s August trip to Chicago…
