Pearl Jam Confirms Appearance at Jay-Z’s Made In America Festival

While it’s not the full-on tour of America Pearl Jam fans have been waiting for, this afternoon the band has confirmed they will perform at Jay-Z’s Made In America festival, an event the high-profile rapper is curating which will be held at Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park on September 1 and 2. We’re still waiting for a full artist announcement, but Pearl Jam’s note includes word that they will be joined on the bill at the two-day music festival by Passion Pit, Dirty Projectors and soul savior D’Angelo as well as Jay himself.

Tickets go on sale via LiveNation.com and Ticketmaster.com this Wednesday, May 23rd, at 10AM EDT for $99 a piece.
