Glen Hansard has gone from being known as the frontman for the Frames to that guy from Once (which is now an 8-time Tony Award winning Broadway show) to sharing the stage with Bono and endless accolades from all directions. On Monday he will visit Jay Leno and on Tuesday his first solo album Rhythm And Repose will be released.
