POSTPONED AGAIN: Trey Anastasio Band @ Capitol Theatre

Trey Anastasio and his Trey Anastasio Band ensemble were set to end their nine-show tour at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York this past Sunday night, but the show was postponed due to Hurricane Sandy. The performance was quickly rescheduled for November 5th, however today the venue has once again postponed the show.

Here’s the official statement

Due to the ongoing situation surrounding the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy (flooding, power outages, travel issues, etc.) we are forced to postpone two upcoming shows at The Capitol Theatre. The George Lopez show, scheduled for Friday, November 2, and the Trey Anastasio Band concert, scheduled for Monday, November 5, have been postponed until some time in the near future.

We hope to have reschedule dates in the coming days and will communicate those, and well as refund and new on-sale information, to you as soon as possible. We are disappointed by these postponements but, under the circumstances, all involved felt it was the best course of action. Please stay tuned to our website and social media outlets for details.

As soon as we find out the new date, we’ll let you know. TAB’s appearance on tonight’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon will go on as planned with “borrowed equipment.” [Hat Tip – Jay Kocyla]
