Citizen Cope Plots 2008 Trek

Multi-instrumentalist Clarence Greenwood, a.k.a. Citizen Cope, has announced a slate of headlining dates for early in the New Year.

The singer has a handful of dates left on the books for this year, including December 13 at Next Door in Hononlulu, Hawaii, December 27 at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C., and December 31 at The Fillmore in Philadelphia.

Citizen Cope's next run of shows kicks off February 7 at NorVa in Norfolk, Va., and so far is scheduled to continue through the beginning of March.

Highlights include stops at the Georgia Theatre in Athens, Ga. (February 9), Borgata Music Box in Atlantic City, N.J. (February 14), Toad's Place in New Haven, Conn. (February 17), The Vogue in Indianapolis (February 21), the Vic Theatre in Chicago (February 23), Warehouse Live in Houston (February 29), and the Langerado Music Festival at Big Cypress Seminole Reservation near Fort Lauderale, Fla. (March 8).
