On the Broken Social Scene website, Kevin Drew has announced that the Canadian collaborative has started record their first record in four years and have decided to do it with John McEntire. They have spent the last couple of weeks at Chuck Spearin’s house/rehearsal space/backyard writing tunes, drinking coffees, hanging with the family...and now as Drew writes - "its time for the record button."
