“Larger Than Live” was shot in hi-def digital 3D, comparable in quality to 3D films such as “Avatar” and Jim Carrey’s version of “A Christmas Carol.”
It will be distributed by Cinedigm Entertainment Group and was filmed with support from Fujinon, Evergreen Films, Sweetwater Digital Productions, SONY and All Mobile Video.
The film is the first in a series of concert films from inconcert3d, Action 3D Productions and AEG Network Live. Next year fans can return to their local 3D movie theatres to get another fill of the 360-degree concert experience with “Best of Lollapalooza” and “Best of Austin City Limits.”
Information about specific theatres screening “Larger Than Life … In 3D” will be announced on inconcert3d’s website in the next coming weeks.
