But seriously, Saratoga was an incredible location for access to a slew of jamband shows; maybe that has something to do with it.

Niiiiiiice, can’t believe you haven’t seen Ben Folds before, but maybe living in Chapel Hill makes it seem like everyone has seen him. A great live act (and a great act in general), you will enjoy his set completely. If you haven’t seen it, go check out the Ben Folds and the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra Live in Perth on DVD. Epic. And it’ll teach you some of the audience participation you’ll need to get ready for. You will not be the same after that.

Nice list Scotty! As you know I’m a big VW fan, seen them twice and loved them. They’ve gotten a few more tours under their belt so by the time they hit the stage at Big Cypress they should be in fine form.

Love Ben Folds too, he puts on a great live show. Look out for his cover of Dr. Dre’s Bitches Ain’t Shit - it’s hilarious.
