		<description>When companies make promises like this, they take out insurance policies as part of their advertising expenses.  So, Dr. Pepper has already paid for the promotion, and therefor, don&#039;t really care if it happens or not.  It&#039;s the insurance company that backed the ad promo that now has to make good on financing the free Dr. Pepper.
