Despite Buffalo Springfield member Richie Furay telling any journalist who would listen that the recently reunited rockers were set to head out for a fall tour, it turns out that won’t be the case. Furay took to his Facebook page to share some troubling news…

For those of you getting excited about the Buffalo Springfield fall tour – word has just come to me that it has been moved to the first of next year. I’m not going to spend a lot time here with details as you speculate among yourselves – there’s nothing to speculate about, the tour has simply been moved.

Let’s hope this is a true postponement and not a “this won’t ever happen” situation. We’ll keep you posted on any further news.
