Briefly: Video of Springsteen & Arcade Fire
As we noted in this morning’s Hors d’Oeuvres, members of Arcade Fire joined The Boss on stage in Ottawa last night. The fortified E Street Band ran though its first State Trooper since 1984 and a version of Arcade Fire’s Keep the Car Running from Neon Bible. And now some video has surfaced: State Trooper and Keep the Car Running from DailyMotion and this video from YouTube. Enjoy.
Slade Sohmer
In 2006 Slade Sohmer founded Hidden Track along with current EiC Scott Bernstein. Slade ran the site until 2008, establishing a scope of coverage and level of professionalism that still exists today. The videos are indeed fucking awesome…I’ve watched them each three times now, and I can’t believe it took me six total viewings to realize that the uploader inadvertantly called him “Bruce Stringsteen” in both. Awesome! Between that and the, what was that, crying?, I love this person.
