Couch Tour: Umphrey’s McGee’s Congress Debut
Over the years Umphrey’s McGee has played dozens of venues in their hometown of Chicago, but they’ve never performed at the Congress Theater before. That will change this Sunday night, September 2, when the band finally visits the historic venue. For those unable to make it to UM’s Congress debut, you can watch the action as it happens via a Pay-Per-View webcast at LapLive.tv.

In addition to the show itself, those purchasing the stream will have access to a slew of exclusive content including a new band video premiere, live fan interaction, a band interview and an interview with Umphrey’s McGee lighting director Jeff Waful. Here’s more details about what you can expect…
Viewers of the LAPLIVE.TV live stream will enjoy high fidelity sound, HD video, and DVR-like player controls. The LAPLIVE.TV stream is viewable on major updated browsers as well as on mobile devices (iOS and Android), tablets, and through Apple TV on Airplay supported devices.
The live stream is available for purchase: $6.99 before September 1st and $8.99 after. The show will begin airing at 10:00 pm CST and will be available for viewing 24 hours after the end of the show.
