The initial lineup for this year’s Treasure Island Music Festival – which takes place on an island in the middle of San Francisco Bay on October 16 and 17 – has been released and features HT faves LCD Soundsystem, She & Him, Broken Social Scene and The National among other indie bands. $99.99 2-day tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10AM PDT.
For those looking for something a little crunchier, the 3rd annual Liberate Music & Yoga Festival returns to “family land” in Sheldon, VT on August 20 and 21. This year’s lineup includes Lotus, Brothers Past, Rubblebucket, Dead Sessions, American Babies and a full schedule of Yoga workshops. Tickets are currently $80.
