Gov’t Mule visited the House of Blues in San Diego last night where local resident Karl Denson lent a hand on a number of tunes by the time the evening was over. The KDTU front man sat in on a Blind Man In The Dark > Afro Blue > Blind Man In The Dark segment that ended the first set, plus a cover of Traffic’s Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys and the original Devil Likes It Slow in the second set.

Happened to be in Coronado on business escaped to SD and caught this show. Karl was simply amazing. F’n incredible!
