In memory of Elizabeth Reed was the song I played over and over when my sister (Elizabeth) died. The music spoke to my soul in atime of darkness and gave me some light. I fell in love with them when I saw the bros in 71. They changed my musical tastes and my life forever.

“Statesboro Blues” has a special place in my heart. It was the first song I ever heard Duane play and the first song I heard in Nov. ‘71 at Carnegie Hall, the dramatic NYC return of the band less than a month after his passing. The Road Goes On Forever!!

I met the love of my life after he played “One Way Out” with his band at a party at my house. I knew he was the one when his guitar spoke to my heart. He’s still playing and I’m still dancing 16 years later.
