We’re nearly two weeks into Phish Summer Tour & the band has played nine shows thus far. After the first four gigs, we asked fans what they thought of the tour & at that point nearly 90% of respondees gave Phish an A or a B. We want to see if the fanbase’s thoughts on tour have changed, so we’ve set up another poll. This time we’ve added intermediate grades so if you would rather give ‘em an “A-” rather than an “A” you can do so.
Scott Bernstein co-founded Hidden Track in October 2006 and was managing editor until taking over as EiC in January 2008. Scotty also writes for Relix Magazine and curates YEMblog.com.
I wavered between an A- and a B+ and ended with the later. Extend a few jams here and there, dispense with the abrupt endings & awkward transitions, and the rest of the tour is shaping up for a solid A. Love some of the new stuff. Love the set lists. Love the energy. Go Phish!
This edition includes a sexy video montage of Grace Potter & The Nocturnals. Now that I have your attention, please also enjoy a fantastic meeting of the minds featuring the Marco Benevento Trio & Steve Kimock, the mellower but still driving side of Perpetual Groove, and Page McConnell's most recent songwriting contribution to the always expanding Phish repertoire.

And we continue to take all the selected tracks, normalize them, create some simple fades and put it into one easy to download MP3 for you.

This band has been covering White Rabbit for a while now, I keep seeing it on setlists but I hadn't yet given it a listen until now. It's everything you think it will be including some tastefully used vocal effects. Preceeding the Jefferson Airplane classic is one of Grace's tunes from her first studio album Nothing But The Water. Grace Potter & The Nocturnals play tonight at Minglewood Hall in Memphis, TN.

Great setlists, solid but unoriginal versions, and an inclination toward killing improve rather than growing it = B-
critical mccritter.
