God Street Wine also dusted off their cover of Crosseyed and Painless by the Talking Heads. Towards the end of the first set, the band was joined by Shanna Morrison on vocals for Epilog and Diana. Allman Brothers Band @ Peach Music Festival – Scranton, Penn.
[via Peach Music Festival FB]
The Allmans headlined their own Peach Music Festival at Montage Mountain in Scranton, Penn. If you thought the group’s set would be filled with guest spots since they had a hand in picking the bands on the bill, you’d be mistaken. The only sit-in came when longtime collaborator, and Warren Haynes Band member, Ron Holloway emerged to add sax to a cover of That’s What Love Will Make You Do.
Set: Statesboro Blues, You Don’t Love Me, No One To Run With, That’s What Love Will Do For You*, Midnight Rider, Blackhearted Woman >The Other One Jam, The Sky Is Crying, I Walk On Gilded Splinters, One Way Out, Dreams, Jessica
