Jake’s Favorite Stew:

Mulche’s Odyssey – 10.20.07 – “It was kind of a progressive thing I remember messin around with. I think I’m playin in 7/8 and the rest of the band is playin 4 or something like that <Jake bodabodabo mouth breaking down the two sections> Progressive rock kinda Genesis-y kinda riffs. Ohh it’s the one that went <Jake bodabodabo Jake breaking down the two sections> That’s one that stuck out to me. Listening to it now, I’m like that’s a potential to be a song if we add a few more ingredients to it.

Pietro’s Personal Favorites:

Mulche’s Odyssey – 02/27/2007 – “It’s a downright dirty industrial dance track, that to be quite honest, really doesn’t sound like anything I’ve ever heard the band do since I’ve listened to them, and that’s always refreshing.”

Groove Holmes – 11/2/2006 – “An instrumental “Stewart” that is fueled by Cinninger’s patience and Bayliss’ quiet melodic riffs intertwining to drive the jam for six minutes of musical bliss that reaches a throttling peak.”

Nemo – 04/08/2005 – the opening paragraph takes it’s lyrics from this stewart podcast 6- “Some of the best lyrics I have ever heard, improv or not. Cinninger’s guitar tone paces the riffs before Bayliss’ lyrics are engulfed into the mix meshing seamlessly. One of the best lyrical “Stewarts” I have heard.”

Jon McLennand’s Favorite’s and One That Missed The Album:

Nemo – 11/15/2007 – “This section is a little bit more ADD than the rest of the album, you can hear the band pulling each other in different directions before they settle on this perfect chill groove.”

Intentions Clear – 03/23/2007 – “Gently developed 2 sections (including one in 7) when they return to the main section it’s a gentle ascent into the stratosphere, with a perfect descent back to reality until it gently fades out.”

One That Missed The Album -

Plunger – 6/8/2007 (2nd jam) – “Has everything from a minimalistic electro-groove to gorgeous soaring UM…did make the album as background to the “What is Jimmy Stewart?” track.
