The Decemberists are out on tour and playing their new album Hazards Of Love in its entirety. This track is, of course, off of that album. They are in the middle of a tour and they play tonight in Kansas City.

I’ve been on a post-rock kick lately, so I was excited to see this recording of Mogwai show up on my weekly search of The Archives. This is the opening track off the 2008 release The Hawk Is Howling. If you’re in the USA, you have missed your current opportunities to see Mogwai, but they are playing in Switzerland on Saturday. They’ll be back though, for All Points West in August.
