TOO MANY PEOPLE DIDNT WANT TO LEARN COUPLES DANCING, TOO MUCH WORK ,, GET POTTED UP AND FAT ,STAY HOME AND WATCH SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE,, THE MID NIGHT SPECIAL BY DON KURCHNER!!. IT WAS THE RUMORS OF THE HEDENISTIC NIGHT LIFE THAT THOSE WHOME WERE LAME COULD NOT ACCEPT..LEFT OUT THEY SHOUTED OUT DISCO SUCKS!! IT IS SO MUCH EAZER TO RIDCULE THAN IMPROVE ..AND THEY SCREAMED AGAIN AND AGAIN DISCO SUCKS.. THOSE WHO COULD NOT DRESS ,DANCE OR MAINTAINE ANY SOCIAL DECORUM LET THE UGLY MOUTHS MOVE AND SAY DISCO SUCKS!!. I WAS THERE JUST LIKE TODAY GO TO A BAR AND THEY STILL HAVE JUKE BOX THAT SUCK YOUR MONEY ..2010 AND THEY STILL GROUP OF FOOLS HUDDLED UP AROUND JUKE BOXES. So many people equate disco with the movies about Studio 54. While drugs and sex were a part of of the disco era, the disco era was much more. It was this generation that actually delivered on the promise of songs in the 60s. Disco was inclusive. Disco never died in Europe and it is returning in the U.S. in a big way.
