Life is good Festival 2011 Lineup: Avetts, Montbleau Band, Levon, Franti and More

The Life is good brand will throw another festival bearing its name at beautiful Prowse Farm in Canton, MA on September 24 and 25. HT faves The Avett Brothers, the Ryan Montbleau Band, Michael Franti & Spearhead, The Hold Steady, Martin Sexton, Ray LaMontagne and the Levon Helm Band are all set to perform at this year’s event.

Ingrid Michaelson, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Tristan Prettyman, Dwight and Nicole, Brandi Carlile, Raphael Saadiq, Zee Avi and Johnny Dee and the Delinquents round out the main stage lineup. There’s also a Good Kids Stage featuring children-oriented acts such as the Imagination Movers, the Laurie Berkner Band and Keller Williams (kids set).

The festival is a benefit that’s aiming to raise funds “to help kids overcome life-threatening challenges.” Those who participate in the fundraising aspect of the event can get themselves “exclusive perks and concert privileges.” Adult single-day tickets run $65, while $120 two-day passes will also be available on June 16 at 10AM EDT when tickets go on sale. Be sure to check out our coverage of Day One and Day Two of last year’s Life is good Festival for an idea of what to expect.
