I got to see a pretty interesting band this weekend. The Smart Brothers, featuring Jeremy Smart on guitar, Jason Smart (JFJO) on drums and Nick Blaskey (Ray’s Music Exchange) on bass. Pretty much a blues/rock cover band, they opened with Stone Free and This Could Be The Last Time, to give you an idea. Highlight of the night was a ripping version of Manic Depression that was dedicated to Trey Anastasio.
A good time was had by all.
