The first Phish tour in five years comes to an end tonight at Alpine Valley in East Troy, Wisconsin and we have both DaveO and Wyllys live at the scene. They’ll be tweeting @GlideMag with the setlist and reports from inside.

Wow, lots of bust outs in that first set – looking forward to listening to this one.
Thanks for the updates.
Looks like things got a little trippy at the end of the first set. Just the way I like my Phish. Can’t wait to listen to this one tomorrow and hear the stories from my friends that are there tonight. Hurts being home…
Thanks for all the commentary for the first leg of Phish tour ’09!
Nothing musically cutting edge, but stellar setlists both nights, and solid playing.
That second set looks sick on paper, can’t wait to hear that one.
These sets were great. As everyone has noted the second set really turned up the heat. ! I have not heard some jams like this live at alpine for a while. Now that I have the board recordings I can really listen instead to what was going on…..sounds great so far, wish I was still there! Thanks for an awesome first leg of the tour guys.
The second set certainly did turn up the heat, and the end of the first was very nice and drifting. After hearing the last 30 mins of set one everyone pretty much knew that set two would be relentless….and it was!
I was happy to be able to catch the two nights together for the last show of this bit of the tour. I can’t imagine what Red Rocks will be like, but if you have the slightest chance go to it, all of it…
these guys are out for blood. wish I’d heard Melt though.
