One of the best part of watching Bravo’s addictive reality show Top Chef is tuning in to see the show’s insanely hot host, Padma Lakshmi, torture the chef-testants week after week while strutting around in slinky clothes.

Why am I bringing up Lakshmi, other than to keep linking to pictures of her? Well, it’s because Lakshmi’s latest role comes as the star of the new music video from indie-band the Eels, whose heavily bearded front man asked her to be in it after they met  as they both appeared on the Late Show With David Letterman.
