Stormy Mondays: A Killer Set of Phish

Phish is back this very week, and to celebrate this week’s Stormy Monday features the entire second set from 7/2/98 in Copenhagen – a superbly space-funk brew of Ghost > Runaway Jim > Prince Caspian > YEM.

You gotta love a four song second set, and this dense masterpiece has been a favorite of mine for over a decade now. There’ll no doubt be an overload Phish this week coming from all angles, but make sure you get your start here – you won’t be disappointed. As always, enjoy!

  1. Thank you, very nice work.

Question : what is that song that is being played in the background of the “Stormy Mon Intro?”

  2. I haven’t had a chance to download yet, but I don’t think it’s the SBD version. Dan?

  3. Didn’t know there was a board of this. There are two schoeps sources I have and they sound pretty much the same (both great); this is the FOB.
I really love this set though. I got a cassette of it right after the Euro tour ended and played that thing to death.
Is here a board out there?

btw, the intro music, despite the fact that this is Stormy Mondays, is The Way I Feel
