Later this week, guitar wizard Steve Kimock is playing a pair of exceedingly rare solo acoustic gigs at The Stone in Manhattan, a John Zorn performance space. It promises to be a fantastic night, and as a teaser this week’s Stormy Monday turns your ears to a short tweener set from All Good in 2005. Steve plays a Regal for twenty minutes or so, opening with Le Petite Groove, ending with Steel Guitar Rag, and sandwiching a pair of improvs in between. Beautiful music. As always, enjoy!
