I saw Apollo Sunshine at the Langerado Festival last April, and it was a wonderful experience for me. They really, musically, “spoke” to me.

I’ve seen them about 7 times in the last few years.. and they’re such an awesome band who never cease to put out an awesome show. Hopefully they put their new material out for a 3rd record..

and this boat show sounded like it was the bomb, too bad I couldn’t attend. :\

these boys are no joke. i caught my first brief glimpse of apollo at langerado (as I was on my way to see toubab krewe), i’ve been obsessed with them ever since, just listening to both albums, and some live shows none stop. last night far exceeded all my expectations, cant wait to see them again. did i mention i liked the review?

Nice review. Last night was the best Apollo Sunshine show I’ve seen (out of 7). Being “stuck” on the boat finally made them play a long set with extended jams and some nasty covers. I was also very impressed with Drug Rug.
