VH1 Classic’s In Concert series debuts a fantastic, vintage concert on Sunday night at 7PM with the airing of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers Live at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium – 1978. The show, which was featured on a DVD that came with the Live Anthology box set, comes from a time when the band had started to find success and contains the first-ever Refugee.
