My only addition (besides the aforementioned Naive Melody) would be Ryan Adams' "My Sweet Carolina." An amazing song and the record from Heartbreaker is fantastic and features a duet with Emmylou Harris. Also, on the "Homeward Bound" topic, I've got two great youtube versions that are both fantastic duets.
