The Jimmy Herring Band, who by the way has the other members of ARU sans Col. Bruce plus keys and sax, will be making a bunch of tour stops this spring. Just saw that on the Lincoln Theatre venue in Raleigh's website this morning, and I said to myself, "Self - why is just in parentheses that it says 'oh, by the way, Oteil and Sipe are in the band. This is going to be one of the sickest shows you'll see all year." Needs some more hype.
