Easily the biggest story to come out of last month’s Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival was D’Angelo’s headlining appearance at the ?uestlove curated Superjam, marking the first time that the reclusive neo-soul singer had appeared on an American stage in over 12 years. D’Angelo, who is rumored to be almost done with this first album since his seminal release Voodooin 2000, will continue with his comeback. He announced that he will be teaming up with Mary J. Blige later this summer for Liberation Tour. The joint tour, which has only reveled six dates, is currently scheduled to kick off  on August 18 at Farm Bureau Live in Virginia Beach, with an additional 14 shows to be announced.

If you’re not into a night with the D’Angelo and Ms. Blige, then maybe you’ll be interested in hitting one of these recently announced tours…
