Over the last year-plus Gary Clark Jr. has seen his stock rise, thanks in part to a glowing review from Rolling Stone of his four-song EP Bright Lights and his reputation for putting on blistering live shows. On October 22, the 28-year-old blues-guitar slinger will release his long awaited full-length, major-label debut Blak and Blu via Warner Records, and has begun to roll out dates in support of it. Clark will kick off his 14-date fall tour with a hometown gig at Stubb’s in Austin, Texas on October 10, and will make a high profile appearance at Neil Young’s annual Bridge School Benefit concert (10/21 & 22); as well as making two-night stands in New York City, Boston and Los Angeles.

If you’re not into a night with the blues-guitar slinger, then maybe you’ll be interested in hitting one of these recently announced tours…
