We keep our eyes peeled for new tour dates announcements each week and compile them on Tuesdays for this handy column…

For the last seven years, including 2011, influential music website Pitchfork has curated their own eclectic multi-day music festival in their hometown of Chicago, IL. Come this fall P4K will take things over seas to stage their first ever event in Paris. Set to take place on October 28 & 29 at La Grande Halle de la Villette, the two-day event is set to feature over 20 bands and DJs. As an added bonus Saturday night’s festivities will not only be headlined by Bon Iver, but will also feature a number of bands hand selected by the band’s lead singer Justin Vernon.

Tickets for the inaugural Pitchfork Paris are currently on-sale, with Jens Lekman, Wild Beasts, Cut Copy, Kathleen Edwards, and Pantha du Prince already confirmed to take part.

If you can’t make it to the City Of Lights for the P4K fest, then maybe you’ll be able to hit one of these recently announced tours…
