Trey Anastasio Band @ Summer Camp 2013
We have one of our first announcements for the 2013 Summer Festival season and it comes from the Summer Camp Music Festival organizers. Trey Anastasio and TAB will play two sets at next year’s festival as per a note on the event’s Facebook page.
Summer Camp 2013 will take place at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, Illinois over Memorial Day Weekend (May 24 – 26). More artist announcements are expected soon.

TAB playing Memorial Day weekend = Phish not playing Memorial Day Weekend. I wonder how different Phish’s 2013 tour plans will be compared to the past 4 years of playing June – July 4th and August.
TAB played the Hangout Fest May 16th 2010 and Phish opened their summer tour June 11th, so I don’t see this situation being all that different.
Before people freak out it has to do with other obligations for people that weekend from what I hear. Phish doesnt always have to open the first weekend of the year if fact I prefer they dont bc they usually open in the northeast and the wheather sucks in late may early hun. hope they take less of a break between legs or no break at all
Seriously, I’m hoping they skip summer tour all together and give a righteous FALL TOUR again.
