Trey Anastasio Scabbard Single Due August 21
According to a listing on Amazon.com, a new single called Scabbard from Trey Anastasio is set for a August 21st release. You can sample the six-minute track through the Amazon listing. The single is being put out on ATO Records, which is also expected to put out Anastasio’s forthcoming full-length release this fall, through an agreement with the Phish guitarist’s Rubber Jungle Records imprint.
Peter Katis produced Big Red’s latest album and it’s thought to include contributions from members of The National, yMusic, Mates of State and Anastasio’s own solo outfit.
