With Election Day upon us, I just wanted to use this opportunity to implore everyone to exercise your constitutional right today and go out to the polls and vote in what is probably the most important election of our generation. For me, there’s only one person’s music to turn to on a day like this for some sage advice and that’s none other than Bob Dylan.
Some forty plus years ago, Zimmy inspired a generation of Baby Boomers with the title and lead track off his third album – the poignant socio-political anthem The Times They Are A-Changin’ – it’s a song whose lyrics are equally motivational today. Here’s Mr. Dylan performing arguably his most recognizable song from April of ’76 during a stop on his Rolling Thunder Revue tour in the contentious swing state of Florida…
