Last week we reported on Umphrey’s McGee’s likely addition to STS9’s RE:GENERATION Festival, which was hinted at by keyboardist Joel Cummins. Today, UM has been officially added to the lineup of the event. RE:GENERATION will be held at the beautiful Horning’s Hideout in North Plains, Oregon from June 21 – 24, with Big Gigantic, MiMOSA, Midnite, Two Fresh, Michael Menert, Gramatik, Welde, R/D and Ghostland Observatory joining Tribe and Umphrey’s on the bill.
Umphrey’s McGee will play two sets at RE:GENERATION. Located 30 miles from Portland, this will be Umphrey’s first-ever appearance at the famed venue. STS9 and UM teamed up for a co-headlining tour during the Summer of ’08 and have shared headlining duties at Mayan Holidaze. Tickets are currently available through the event’s website.
