Back in 2009, The Black Keys teamed up with producer Damon Dash and a slew of hip-hops best MCs for a collaborative project dubbed Blakroc. The blues-rockers have once again recruited an impressive list of talent – Talib Kweli, Sean Price, Wiz Khalifa, Curren$y, U-God, Jim Jones, the Cool Kids and Jay Electronica – for a second go-around. This video was not release by The Black Keys (and features a Black Keys song, not a Blackroc song). Even though there is 8 finished tracks, The Black Keys have no plans to release Blackroc 2 (not sure why exactly though), which is a bummer as I love the Keys and really dug the first Blackroc album.
