Video: Hacienda – Savage
Among the slew of producing credits that Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys) can take credit for in 2012, is Shakedown, the third studio album from Hacienda. Shakedown puts the band’s heady blend of psychedelic roots-rock, dusty vintage Texas rockabilly, 1950′s rock & roll and hazy California surf-rock on display. On Wednesday night, the San Antonio-based band made their network television debut when they stopped by the Ed Sullivan Theatre to perform the record’s lead slinky, groove-filled single Savage on the Late Show With David Letterman. Let’s check it out…
Hacienda is currently in the tail end of their summer tour, which brings them to the North Star Bar in Phildelphia, PA tonight and to New York City’s Mercury Lounge tomorrow.
